This thing has to be close to topped off, right?

Photoshop the cranes out and this would make a nice post apocalyptic photo. I thought I'd like this building as much as the Carlyle but I don't.

Amazing! Now all it needs is a little smoke from the crown and maybe a zombie or two wandering around.

Actually you do see smoke (or steam?) rising out from the very top regularly since winter began.

Eleven wouldn't be a bad place to be in a post apocalyptic world. Seems as good and other places. Could be a fort or outpost or etc.

I've long thought downtown would be an ideal location to ride out a zombie apocalypse. The combination of the skyways and winter weather could make for a good defense.

Does this building look better up close than it does from afar?

Thanks for the pics!
The outside of the building still looks nice up close. There are some nice details like the bay windows that aren't as apparent from far away.

Amazing photos - thanks so much. Now I know why so many of these units have sold. If I had the money, I would too!

No photo of the 5 foot wall that seems to only be there to block the view between Gold Medal Park and the Bluff Street Bikeway. Can't have people cutting through on their driveway.

Is that building model bolted down, you think?

that units pretty meh (carlyle-esqe), but the communal space is gorgeous. comparatively a massive step up.

that unit is a show unit, each person who has bought a unit has worked with their teams to pick out designs and finishes, when you are paying that much, you definitely want your own unique touch added to it.

Great pictures! I do like the mix of traditional and contemporary interior design details inside (even if it certainly leans traditional overall).

How is that view looking now? Is Fire Station One project underway?
