Park Point Hotel

Any information on that proposed 9 story hotel on Park Point in Duluth. It was announced a year and a half ago and was supposed to be completed this past summer. Is it stil alive or has it been cancelled?

It's been awhile since I had heard anything. Several months ago I had heard it was still looking for financing and had been scaled back, I'm not sure to what extent though.
