Re: United Properties SV Station Project
That's just more office that United Properties will fill.
Re: United Properties SV Station Project
It's frustrating for me to see united properties putting out a really well thought through project here, with considerable architectural detail and awareness of urban form, and yet having proposed such a lame building at their target field location, which is more urban and more dense.

Saw this article this morning on finance in Congress. Unfortunately I do not have a paid subscription. Can anyone else read it and sunrise?

Has anyone heard anything about this in the last,,, two years?
Re: United Properties SV Station Project
I haven’t heard anything about this. The designs in the article from finance and commerce are beautiful. Is the hotel still open?

Re: United Properties SV Station Project
It's in the capital improvements budget
Re: United Properties SV Station Project
I saw people with these plans out in my work not that long ago, I assume it's just a project with lots of moving parts.
Re: United Properties SV Station Project
The Green Line usage at Stadium Village station would get a huge bump from this.
Re: United Properties SV Station Project
I'm not sure if I'm remembering this correctly, but I think these offices would replace the office building across the street which would then be torn down to finish the landscaping plan for the stadium, so I'm not sure there would be that many more users. But that's just vague recollection. The Green Line usage at Stadium Village station would get a huge bump from this.
Re: United Properties SV Station Project
As I understand it, this would replace that office building, but also add a bunch more office space on top of that. (Maybe replacing the West Bank Office Building?)

As well as a possible hotel component and a residential component. As I understand it, this would replace that office building, but also add a bunch more office space on top of that. (Maybe replacing the West Bank Office Building?)

This is beautiful, and I really hope it happens.
